FAQ

  • What types of services do you provide?
We offer non-medical home care services including personal care (like bathing and grooming), companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, wellness checks, respite care, memory care, and diagnostic screenings.
  • Who are your caregivers, and are they qualified?
All our caregivers are trained, experienced professionals who have passed background checks and are committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care. We match caregivers based on each client’s specific needs and preferences.
  • Do you offer services for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s?
Yes. Our caregivers receive specialized training to support clients with memory-related conditions, ensuring safety, consistency, and emotional support in a familiar home environment.
  • What areas do you serve?
We currently serve residents in the following Mississippi counties: Lamar, Forrest, Marion, Walthall, Jones, Covington, Jefferson Davis, Pearl River, Stone, and Perry.
  • How do I know if home care is right for my loved one?
If your loved one needs help with daily living activities or you're seeking relief as a family caregiver, home care can provide safe, personalized support without requiring a move to a facility. We offer free consultations to help determine the right level of care.
  • How quickly can services start?
Services can usually begin within 24 to 72 hours after the initial assessment, depending on the level of care needed. We strive to make the process smooth and timely.
  • Are your services covered by insurance or Medicaid?
We accept private pay and may be able to work with long-term care insurance providers. At this time, we do not accept Medicaid, but we’re happy to explore available funding options with you.
  • How do I get started?
Simply contact us by phone or through our website to schedule a free in-home consultation. We’ll discuss your needs, answer your questions, and design a personalized care plan.
  • What are Veteran and Recovery Care Services, and who are they for?
Our Veteran and Recovery Care Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of two specific groups: military veterans and individuals recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or substance use. These services are designed to provide compassionate, in-home support that promotes healing, stability, and independence. Care may include assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, emotional support, transportation to VA or medical appointments, and personalized recovery care planning. We understand that veterans may have service-related health challenges—both physical and emotional—and our caregivers are trained to provide trauma-informed, respectful support in a way that honors their service. For individuals in recovery, our care plans are structured to reduce hospital readmissions, encourage healthy routines, and provide consistency during the healing process. Anyone who is a veteran or currently recovering from a medical condition, surgery, or substance-related treatment may qualify for these services. We also work with families to determine eligibility and coordinate care that fits their specific needs.
